Payment Policy
- We operate on a 100% prepaid payment model for all orders.
- Full payment must be completed before dispatch of the product.
- Any part advance paid to reserve or block a device is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- We accept payments through verified digital modes such as UPI, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless specifically mentioned.
- In case of payment failure or delay, the order will not be confirmed.
- Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
Shipping Policy
- Orders are dispatched within the committed timeframe after payment confirmation.
- Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and courier service availability.
- Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
- We are not responsible for courier delays caused by external factors.
- Customers must record a proper unboxing video at the time of delivery for any damage claims.
- Any shipping damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof.
- Once the product is marked delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
- Address details provided by the customer must be accurate; we are not liable for incorrect address submissions.
- Re-shipping due to wrong address or non-availability of customer will be chargeable.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
