Payment Policy


  1. We operate on a 100% prepaid payment model for all orders.
  2. Full payment must be completed before dispatch of the product.
  3. Any part advance paid to reserve or block a device is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
  4. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  5. We accept payments through verified digital modes such as UPI, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.
  6. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless specifically mentioned.
  7. In case of payment failure or delay, the order will not be confirmed.
  8. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.



Shipping Policy


  1. Orders are dispatched within the committed timeframe after payment confirmation.
  2. Shipping timelines may vary depending on location and courier service availability.
  3. Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
  4. We are not responsible for courier delays caused by external factors.
  5. Customers must record a proper unboxing video at the time of delivery for any damage claims.
  6. Any shipping damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof.
  7. Once the product is marked delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
  8. Address details provided by the customer must be accurate; we are not liable for incorrect address submissions.
  9. Re-shipping due to wrong address or non-availability of customer will be chargeable.
  10. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  11. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
