All products sold are pre-owned / second-hand devices unless clearly stated otherwise.
All devices are tested before sale and sold in working condition at the time of delivery.
Minor scratches, dents, or signs of usage are considered normal for second-hand products.
Full payment must be made before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any part advance paid to block or reserve a device is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Devices once sold are not eligible for refund.
Exchange value is determined after physical inspection of the old device.
Quoted exchange prices may change if the device condition differs from the description provided.
Warranty, if provided, will be clearly mentioned on the invoice.
Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, software issues, or unauthorized repairs.
After delivery, the customer must record an unboxing video for any claim regarding damage or missing items.
No complaints will be accepted without proper proof within 24 hours of delivery.
We are not responsible for courier delays once the product has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for checking device specifications before confirming the order.
IMEI details are shared before dispatch; once confirmed, changes cannot be made.
Any tampering with warranty stickers voids the warranty immediately.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice until payment is received.
Blocking a device without advance payment is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for misuse, fraud suspicion, or policy violation.
